A large city in the Northeast has installed two of our larger heaters to replace their previous steam system for a large commercial building.
The two units cost a total of $6400 delivered and the installation was approximately another $3500.
Their annual savings of $30K resulted in a four month payback. Obviously, this is a better than normal return for our systems but it is not hard to see how it can occur. For example, every time you see stored water you can assume it costs $.50 per month per gallon to maintain the water in the tank . If you have a 200 gallon tank that is $1,200 per year is losses. If you have a steam system as this city has with the attendant leaks you have an even bigger opportunity to save with an on demand water heater. If you have a recirculation system the heat loss from the pipes contributes significantly to additional losses.

Tankless, Inc. was established in 1982 by Inventor Bob De Bonta, a master plumber and entrepreneur. Bob started out making vacu breakers and was determined to build an efficient system for heating water that would be take up less room and deliver an endless supply of hot water for homes. Bob spent years on improving upon the first design, striving to make the best tankless hot water heater around.

All but the smallest of the over 50 models we sell are made in our factory, in Sarasota, Florida. We have three phase 12 KW heaters from $899 and residential heaters from $199.
