June 4th, 2010; Germany: Taking steps to address the increasingly critical data protection and backup needs of small businesses, Ocster, a global leader in backup technology, is preparing to launch ‘Ocster Backup Business’, a solution that makes it very easy for small businesses to back up their important data.
Ocster Backup Business has been specifically designed for small businesses. It requires no technical knowledge at all and is very easy to set up. Adding to that, a great new feature allows backup plans from multiple computers to be monitored from a single PC. With this the administrator or owner of the company can review all the backups with only a handful of clicks and be certain that all the computers in the office are safely backed up.
Apart from backing up files and folders, the software also features built-in support for backing up emails and calendars from Microsoft Outlook. It also continuously monitors the system and automatically pauses when it detects that another application requires the full power of the computer. Thus it will never disturb the user during his work.
Ocster Backup Business also provides a facility for highly secured data storage in professional data centers. There the data is as safe as possible: protected from theft, fire, lightning and even disasters like hurricanes.
