Not until a few years ago, only celebrities used it, but today electronic cigarettes have become the most marketed and hyped products. And to those looking to understand the history of the product, there's a separate section that deals with the history of e-cigarettes.
Last year, a study undertaken by the University of Catania proved that regular use of e-cigarettes helps to control the consumption of regular cigarettes by more than 50%. Although this was a pilot study, the results are certainly encouraging for e-cig fans, especially those looking to kick the killer habit. But there's also another group that is persistently against the use of electronic cigarettes and even trying to ban their sale. Thankfully, better sense has prevailed and the FDA now strictly regulates the sale of the product.
"We're here to spread the word that e-cigs are a healthy way to encourage people to kick the habit. E-cigs help to beat nicotine addiction and also controls behavioral aspects related to the problem- holding the cig, puffing it, and seeing smoke coming out from it surely gives you comfort, of course minus the thousands of chemicals that a conventional cigarette contains," adds the spokesperson.
