Leeds letting agents dwell have just compiled their very own guide to successful property rental in an effort to support landlords keen to get their properties noticed in what is a hugely competitive market.
Jon Graham, Managing Director of dwell Leeds explained: "The property rental market is unbelievably competitive these days. We see many potential properties that just aren't up to scratch so we've written our guide to help landlords make their properties stand out from the others. When looking for a rental property our clients expect a high standard and often just a few small tweaks will make a massive difference."
The guide has been published on the dwell Leeds website and is packed full of top tips for landlords, including advice on presenting empty properties, keeping on top of repairs and updating décor. "Clients are understandably very picky about the standard of the property they're living in and if problems aren't put right they'll move. It can be frustrating when a lovely property remains empty when a few simple changes would make it desirable once again," added Jon.
dwell's guide also includes important information for landlords to help them ensure that their property meets with current legislation.
