Carlyle Finance, as well as seeking to offer the best car loan services, has been known for its charity involvement and whilst this continues, Carlyle Finance wanted to make sure particular care was taken to support its employees and its local community.
Carlyle Finance has been proven for its excellence in service standards in delivering dealer finance, and this is predominantly due to its dedicated team of employees who invest their time and care into supporting UK dealerships. It is not always easy to obtain devoted employees, but Carlyle Finance is more than just a place to work - it is about sharing values, supporting each other and importantly, having fun. A recent employee survey proved that 99% of employees feel well informed about the business, 96% understand the business strategy and 93% feel part of the culture, so it is essential for Carlyle Finance to sustain these impressive results to ensure the working environment constantly improves.
Carlyle Finance wants to ensure the working environment is a pleasant and rewarding place to work for all of its employees so that they feel inspired in assisting with providing cars on finance. It treats its employees as it treats its customers, with great care, support and attention and so it seeks to make sure that they are not forgotten.
Carlyle Finance is delighting its staff by ensuring they have a comfortable working environment. A huge investment of more than £250,000 has been made to relocate to new offices that are professional, comfortable and inspiring. Considerable works have taken place to find business premises that deliver the desired quality standards. Its new offices will be completed with speedy telephone systems, comfy sofas, glass offices and two kitchens - no corners were cut!
The new offices will be ready on 24th May 2010 where employees will view their new workplace for the first time. A buffet breakfast and drinks will be shared in the morning alongside a welcome speech from Mark Standish, Carlyle’s CEO.
Carlyle Finance wanted to ensure local workmen were contracted on the refurbishment, to support the local business community in Cardiff. The total expenditure is over £250,000 and this is not surprising considering the amount of work taking place, including double glazers fitting 166 square metres of glass!
The refurbishment has meant that Carlyle has been delighted to employ twenty local contractors who are completing a substantial amount of work for a successful renovation. Already the workmen have used a mammoth 20,000 metres of cabling and 300 litres of Crown matt emulsion!
Karl Werner, Head of Sales and Marketing says, “we are thrilled to serve our people, our supporting dealerships and importantly, our local community. It gives us great pleasure to be able to support local businesses in Cardiff with this project, and look forward to seeing the outstanding new offices on 24th May”.
As well as continuous investments Carlyle Finance is making in its community and its people, it certainly has spread its wings even further and has increased its employment by 60% in the past year, employing candidates across the UK. Carlyle Finance looks forward to another successful year ahead in the new offices which will undoubtedly offer a happy working environment. Team Carlyle cannot wait for the launch and most importantly, cannot wait to produce more record breaking service standards for its supporting dealers from its new and improved Head Office.
