Lattice Semiconductor provides engineers easy to use solutions for bridging MIPI and sensor interfaces to the rest of their systems, with device families iCE40 and MachXO2.
iCE40 is a device family with ultra low power, starting at 25uW, available in tiny packages starting at 1.4 x 1.48mm, optimized for single ended I/Os, from 384 to 8k LUTs
The MachXO2 family offers ultra low power and high performance options in a tiny 2.5 x 2.5mm package, supporting high speed differential and single ended I/Os, from 256 to 7k LUTs.
In addition, the LatticeECP3 family is for higher density logic devices, with mainstream BGA packaging, supporting high speed differential and single ended I/Os, from 17 to 150k LUTs.
