It is the responsibility of the military to protect our way of life and the beliefs which allow us to live it. Every year, thousands of young men and women volunteer to serve in the armed forces for different reasons, but with a common goal and in defense of shared ideas. While it is impossible to ever repay the debt we owe our men and women in uniform, there are ways for every member of the community to show their appreciation. Members of the American business community are in one of the best positions to show their appreciation for our military through sponsorship of events that support the military service members’ quality of life.
While it would be impossible to shake the hand of every military member to personally thank them for their sacrifice, responsible corporate citizens have an opportunity to extend a bit of gratitude to the military community by sponsoring the upcoming Miramar Air Show. This event is scheduled to take place over three days, October 1, 2, and 3, 2010. All proceeds generated by corporate sponsorship are used to fund military programs that improve the quality of life for our military and their families. These programs include counseling, family services, fitness programs, recreation, entertainment, and special events.
In exchange for their support, corporate sponsors will receive the opportunity to display and market their brand to a broadcast size audience of approximately 700,000 people. As the military’s largest community relations event and its largest open house event, the Miramar Air Show offers an opportunity like no other to reach new markets and attract potential clients / customers .
Sponsorship packages are available for businesses of any size on any budget, but space is limited, so interested businesses are urged to reserve their space now. A team of dedicated and professional marketing liaisons is available to guide interested businesses from the creation of a customized marketing package to the execution of marketing plans at the air show. Due to the fact that the Miramar Air Show is a family event that offers free general admission, free parking, and free blanket seating to spectators, sponsors can rest assured that their marketing efforts will reach a very large number of people from diverse demographics.
Upon purchase of a sponsorship package corporate sponsors will be able to take pride in the fact that the money they spend on marketing and advertising will go directly to making the lives of military members and their families more enriched while at home and more at ease while overseas.
