West Haven, Connecticut based hotel liquidator and furniture store Universal Hotel Liquidators has been busy since they relocated from New Haven in 2012. They have liquidated a number of hotels all over New England and the tri-state area, most recently they liquidated the Mandarin Oriental in NYC. Universal has also been proactive in getting their bargains and message out in front of potential customers. They've done this in a number of ways, from utilizing social media to producing a popular video series.
Recently they shot “Redesign On A Dime” which was a video series starring Megan McTague as she completely renovates a married couple's home, all with five-star quality furniture from Universal Hotel Liquidators. The video series took viewers through the process of Megan selecting the various pieces, and then arranging them in the home until they're just right. And then, of course, the renovation is fully unveiled to the lucky couple.
Universal Hotel Liquidators has also continued to shoot videos in their successful commercial series. Their latest features one of the many reasons why a couch might need to be replaced and showcases the low prices they have for items such as lamps for $9.95, desks for $29.95 and, of course, couches for $79.95. As with previous commercials, the company aims for the viewer’s funny-bone and features an elegant, if misbehaved, canine.
