Passion: Something without which nothing shall exist. Successful people never give up until they have achieved whatever they had targetted!
Impulse: Everything always starts with an impulse. Without motive all the actions go random and never lands on success.
Education: Obvious trait for achieving any excellence. Not necessarily formal all the time. Education here means the true knowledge of the exact impulse.
Strategy: A small business or a start up, a confident strategy has to be in place before venturing out into anything. A planning is necessary attribute if last stop is to be success.
Stubborn: The very required trait that keeps you on your legs until the job is done. Stubbornness results in fruitful results when its goal oriented and dealt with patience!
