Silverbear is proud to announce the launch of its latest software solutions; Community Involvement Solution (CIS). This new solution is supported by a brand new website – http://www.SilverbearHealth.co.uk.
The website contains a host of information regarding the new healthcare application. The solution, targeted at NHS trusts helping them to manage the communication, feedback and engagement with their members, breaks down into six sections:

• Getting Information
• Membership Management
• Forums & Participations
• Giving Information
• Membership Analysis
The website easily enables visitors to view each section clearly, and sets the information out in an easy to understand manner. Kate Oxton, Marketing Manager at Silverbear explains the concept behind the new website “Silverbear Community Involvement Solution works primarily with NHS trusts, therefore we felt it was important to have a website that reflected the clean, efficient manner of the NHS. The site contains links to case studies to help people understand the application of the solution.”
The website is now live, and can be viewed at http://www.Silverbearhealth.co.uk. Employed within the NHS nationwide, the Community Involvement Solution utilises the power of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to help trusts manage member relationships, communications, campaigns and member feedback.
