Unibind Systems Howard Lane Fox and Xerox Global Services Lisa Sandford and Richard Swaddle recently finalised a deal with office suppliers Staples to supply the unique range of Unibind Steelbinding systems.
Document binding is a common request made of an office supplier’s outlet. Staples, the world’s largest office supplies outlet, have chosen Unibind to supply the binding machines to meet this need. Unibind has over 21 years of experience in the supply of binding products and will be providing Staples with thermal binding machines in 136 store locations throughout the UK.
Unibind thermal binding machines were chosen by Staples because of their impressive speed of binding, allowing customers to have their documents bound without the need to wait or return at a later time.
Staples customers will also benefit from a wide choice of finishes available, depending on personal taste or how the document needs to be presented. The products available are SteelCrystal and SteelBooks, which are the most popular products worldwide and come in a large range of colours. Both are easy to edit and have a strong, durable steel spine. One advantage of the SteelCrystal is that it already has a clear front and back attached to the spine, while the SteelBook, has the option of a window, allowing for customisation of the cover.
The appeal of Unibind thermal binders is not restricted to the wide range of finishes available. The nature of thermal binding means that it is easy to amend documents. If a customer notices a mistake in their work the document can simply be heated again to add or remove the relevant pages and so the document can be easily corrected or updated.
Lisa and Richard have negotiated and have been confirmed as the supplier of Unibind products for the next three years.
