In December 2008, Chris Manley (Producer) and Blaine Mengel (Host) set out and began shooting footage for an "Outdoor Production". Backwoods Angler TV was spawned from this idea. In just a year and a half, Backwoods Angler TV has grown to 50,000 views on YouTube and has gained over 100 subscribers!
Backwoods Angler TV clips on YouTube and at their website (http://www.backwoodsanglertv.com/) include informative One-Minute Fishing Tips on topics from bass spawning and tuning spinnerbaits to choosing a baitcasting reel and reading rivers. Other clips include product promotional videos, bloopers, and interviews from leaders in the fishing world like Aaron Martin and Jimmy Houston.
