Macaiah holds a B.A. in Communications and M.A. in Business. He is the CEO/Founder of FVRD2WIN LLC. He has served and been a spokesman in several leadership and volunteer opportunities. Macaiah just released his second book FVRD2WIN available on Xlibris. He was recognized in the 2009 Points of Light Institute Presidential Forum on Service hosted by former President George & Mrs. Bush along with President Barack Obama.
