According to Mark Gilkey, of FreeDentistFinder.com, IVR technology enables the site to provide an immediate and valuable service for those seeking direct access to dentists in their area.
Says Gilkey: “We found that most dental patients prefer talking to a dentist about their oral health, rather than speaking with an answering service, as is most often the case with other high quality dentist directory services.
