The Intercollegiate Travel & Tourism Quiz Competition - Kuoni Academy Quiz
To celebrate the “World Tourism Day” – 27th Sept, Kuoni Academy has been organizing “The Intercollegiate Travel & Tourism Quiz competition, called as “KA Qz” since 2008 in Mumbai. Colleges in and around Mumbai are invited to participate in this grand quiz based on travel & tourism.

"The Intercollegiate Travel & Tourism Quiz Competition - Kuoni Academy Quiz"
To celebrate the “World Tourism Day” – 27th Sept, Kuoni Academy has been organizing “The Intercollegiate Travel & Tourism Quiz competition, called as “KA Qz” since 2008 in Mumbai. Colleges in and around Mumbai are invited to participate in this grand quiz based on travel & tourism.
Internationally the theme announced for “World Tourism Day” – 2010 by UNWTO is “Tourism & Biodiversity”, taking the cue from the same KA Qz is also based on the similar theme. Youth is representing the dynamic aspects of tourism industry and by participating they are enhancing their knowledge about world around them.
This year the quiz is being organized at Mumbai & Bangalore centre. In Mumbai we have invited 100 colleges and have received confirmation from 40 teams while in Bangalore approximately 15 teams participating. Only ONE Team per college will be allowed and would comprise of two-three students. The competition will consist of various rounds such as Elimination, Semi-finals & Finals. Question will be based on Current Affairs, India, General Knowledge, World Geography, Airlines, Countries - Capital Currencies & people, Monuments and Wonders of the World, etc.
A Rolling shield, medals and exciting prizes will be awarded to the winners of this Mega Quiz contest. Participation certificate will be given to all the participants of this quiz. This whole event is organized, managed and executed by Kuoni Academy Post Graduate students.
Kuoni Academy is also glad to have the Singapore Tourism Board to support this mega event and join us in celebrating the spirit of Tourism!
