Tempe, AZ - September 27, 2010 -- Black Dog Promotions announced that it has been retained by Filmstock and Friars Lantern Entertainment to provide public relations, sponsorship acquisition and social media marketing services for the Filmstock Film Festivals and other film community events in Arizona.
Friar's Lantern's Filmstock Film Festival is a monthly event held first Thursdays to honor and actualize AZ short film makers. The growing film celebration is unique in that films may be submitted for FREE and only AZ film makers are allowed to participate. The public is encouraged to come out and support Arizona film by attending Filmstock.
Scott Kelly of Black Dog Promotions commented,“There are many great films coming from a strong vibrant film community in Arizona. We are excited to be working with Friars Lantern Entertainment and Filmstock to get the independent film community in Arizona the recognition and fan base it so richly deserves.”
The next Filmstock is scheduled for Thursday October 7, 2010 at the Tempe Pollock Cinema in Tempe, AZ. Doors open at 6:30 and the films start at 7pm.
